Returns

Returns are accepted by the discretion of Nelson Honey & Marketing (NZ) Ltd. The product must be returned for review before a refund is processed. Postage for return items will not be compensated and is at the buyers expense. The product must be unopened and unused due to the nature of products sold by Nelson Honey & Marketing (NZ) Ltd.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We do our best to provide all relevant information and specifications for all of our products. Please choose your item carefully as we will consider the circumstances of a return that is not due to a fault before we refund your payment.
